Lynsey Harland – Tour Programme Manager
“Having joined Albatross Travel in 1994, my passion for travel shows no sign of waning! Being part of a committed team, creating and operating successful UK and European programs for our clients is at the core of what we do. My role within the team is to help with planning itineraries and preparing detailed quotes along with researching destinations to continually offer competitive prices, products and above all, an invaluable service to our clients. Personally, I love to travel and have been lucky enough to visit many places in my time here at Albatross including a whirlwind 4 month round the world trip with my family.”
Sarah Palmer – Travel Consultant & Quality Manager
“I joined Albatross Tours in September 2004 having previously worked as a travel agent, where I gained many years of customer service and a thirst for travel. My role within the team is to prepare detailed quotes and itineraries for our clients. I also oversee the Quality Management for Albatross Tours where I monitor, and where applicable improve, the effectiveness of internal procedures within the team, focusing on the implementation of ‘sharing best practice’ and excellence at all levels. I have had the opportunity to some wonderful places including Spain, France, Switzerland, Croatia, and my favourite Italy – Bellissimo!
Charlotte Caston – Quality Coordinator
“After studying German at university and living in Germany for a year, my passion for travel was ignited and I joined Albatross Tours in 2015 as a Quality Coordinator. In my role, I ensure that a high standard is maintained throughout tours in the hotels and restaurants that we use. I confirm menus and monitor passenger feedback so that we can ensure our high standards are always maintained. I regularly liaise with restaurants and hotels so that we can provide a high quality travel experience to our passengers”
Louise Hammond – Operations Manager
“I have been with the Albatross Group since June 2003 and spent a number of years working within our UK Wholesale division. Looking for a new challenge I joined the Albatross Tours team in May 2010 as an Operations Coordinator responsible for the successful operation of our European tours for our American and Australian groups. In December 2013 I became Operations Manager taking responsibility for the Operations function within the team, ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided to our clients. Personally I love to travel and have been lucky enough to feed this passion through my job”.

“I have worked for Albatross since 2013. I have had previous experience in the hotel industry and have always had a passion for travel. I have been very fortunate to have travelled to various places, two of my favourites being Disneyworld Florida & Egypt. I love to learn about different countries and cultures. Being able to taste traditional foods and delicious wines is definitely a bonus! My career has always been within the travel industry, but varied as I have worked with Cruise Liners, School Tours, a rail company & sales of holidays. I got married in April 2015 in Mauritius where my Husband and I had a beautiful beach wedding. I enjoy travelling and experience new places & cultures”
